Race 4 Achievement’s annual Race 4 Wanza 5K scheduled for 4/18/2026 has been cancelled.
Due to organizational changes and the race being less than 60 days away, we do not feel we can execute the event at the level of excellence our community, sponsors, and supporters deserve. Rather than move forward, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the race.
We are deeply grateful for your support and your decision to register for this year’s event in honor of Tywanza Sanders. The scholarships funded through this race remain a meaningful tribute to his life and legacy, and our commitment to serving the youth in our community remains strong.
The registration platform will provide you with the option to:
• Request a full refund of your registration fee, or
• Donate your registration fee directly to the Tywanza Sanders Scholarship Fund
You will receive instructions directly through the registration system regarding how to select your preference.
